Delivery
Your order will be sent to you in 1-5 days. No orders are received or dispatched on weekends and bank holidays.
Time of delivery refers to the time after dispatch from VetMedUK. If the product is out of stock or will take longer than expected then a member of our team will contact you. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, except for heavy items, such as food, which may take up to 2 days to be dispatched.
Delivery is free of charge for all items, except for food and other heavy items. Items are classed as heavy when over 1.5kg in weight. Food and heavy items will incur a delivery fee of £4.99. All items will be sent as surface mail. If you would like your item to be signed for, please select recorded delivery or special delivery options from the dropdown menu at the checkout. Controlled drugs will automatically be sent as recorded delivery at a rate of £1.00. Charges may also be applicable to the following regions: Scotland, R.O.I, Northern Ireland and Wales. You will be notified of any additional delivery charges prior to dispatch. In the event that you do not wish to proceed with the delivery to these regions, a full refund will be made.
