MILBEMAX TALBETS £3.57 Milbemax Tablets are used as a broad spectrum wormer, indicated for the treatment of mixed infections by the adult cestodes and nematodes. The product can also be used in the prevention of heartworm disease. The product should be given by oral administration with or after some food. Do not use the ‘tablets for Small dogs and Puppies’ in dogs of less than 2 weeks of age and/or weighing less than 0.5 kg. Do not use the ‘tablets for Dogs’ in dogs weighing less than 5 kg. The product can be used in breeding dogs including pregnant and lactating bitches. The margin of safety in Collies and related breeds is less than in other dogs. In these dogs, the recommended dose should be strictly observed. Clinical signs in Collies are similar to those seen in the general dog population when overdosed. The product can be toxic to fish and aquatic organisms and should not come into water courses. Milbemax Puppy & Small Dog.         Milbemax Kitten & Small Cat. 0.5kg - 1kg = Half tablet                       0.5kg - 1kg = Half tablet. 1kg - 5kg = 1 tablet.                             1kg - 2kg = 1 tablet. 5kg - 10kg = 2 tablets. Milbemax Dog.                                   Milbemax Tasty Cat. 5kg - 25kg = 1 tablet.                           2kg - 4kg = Half tablet. 25kg - 50kg = 2 tablets.                        4kg - 8kg = 1 tablet. 50kg - 75 kg = 3 tablets.                       8kg - 12kg = 1.5 tablets.  This product requires a signed prescription.
